- After 12 hours to 24 hours, your order has already been in processing production, therefore, if you request the cancellation, 30% of the total bill will be imposed as cancellation charge.
- After 24 hours, if you insist to cancel/modify a processing order, you might be charged 50% the payment.
- If your order was shipped out already, nothing can be changed any longer.
